Q: Do you all take walk ins?

A: No, we are by appointment only!

Q: Should I wash my hair before getting it colored?

A: We suggest you refrain from washing the same day. The night before is fine though.

Q: Are you a kid- friendly salon?

A: We are family friendly but we kindly ask that all children are accompanied by an adult, especially younger guests who like to "explore" the salon. This is a place of business and we would like to keep it as peaceful as possible as to respect all guests and staff, not to mention the salon can be a very dangerous place for little ones!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept CASH, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover

Q: How much time should I allot for my appointment?

A: For a haircut you will want to allow 45 mins to 1 hour. For chemical services you will be at the salon anywhere from 2 hours, plus, depending what you get done. (We offer FREE consultations!)
